Mwai Zacharia (Kenya) holds a Master’s Degree in Meteorology from Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology (NUIST), China (2018), Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from University of Nairobi (UON), Kenya (2013) and a Diploma in Meteorological Communications from Institute for Meteorological Training & Research (IMTR), Kenya. He is a Principal Meteorologist dealing with Early Warning and Flood Forecasting and a GIS enthusiast at Kenya Meteorological Department (KMD). His major field of interest is GIS, Hydrology and Flood Early Warning. A member of Kenya Meteorological Society.
